Transcripts

Transcripts may be obtained by writing to the Records Office (WVU at Parkersburg, 300 Campus Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26104). When you apply for a transcript, please furnish your name, last date of attendance and your Social Security number. If you are requesting that your transcript be sent to another institution, please indicate the college/university name and address. 

There is a $6 fee for standard processed transcripts (first transcript is free). 

Please complete the transcript request form and mail, fax or submit it to the Records Office.
